Can I Use Move Together at a Later Date?

Yes! You can access workouts, recipes, and resources whenever it’s most convenient for you.

  • With an active Moves App membership: You get full access to the Move Together challenge, including workout logging, scheduling, video demonstrations, meal plans, and more.

  • Without an active membership: Logging access is limited to 6 months after your purchase. After that, the program switches to view-only mode, letting you see programmed workouts, exercise videos, and manuals—but without the ability to track progress or use interactive features.


Full Access Features (With Membership)

When you have an active Moves App membership, Move Together includes:

Workout Logging and Scheduling

  • Log completed workouts with the workout logger.

  • Schedule workouts directly on your calendar to stay organized.

Detailed Exercise Guidance

  • Watch exercise demonstration videos with form cues.

  • Access alternate exercises and see targeted muscle groups for enhanced customization.

Additional Resources

  • Explore meal plans, recipes, and manuals included with the challenge to support your fitness goals.

Note: Macro assessments for the Spring 2026 Move Together Challenge are only available during the challenge sign-up period. Submissions must be made by Friday, May 1st, 2026 at 5:00PM EST to be processed.

Yes! You can regain full access anytime by purchasing a Moves App membership.

Will I lose my progress if I move to View Mode?
No, your progress is saved. You just won’t be able to log new workouts or update your exercise history in the app.

Why do I need a Moves App subscription?
A subscription is required for full access features like workout logging, scheduling, and progress tracking.
