Step 1: Make your Plan
Login to website at (website link)
Click on Build My Plan to get started
Create your own plan. Moxee Mobile allows you to personalize your plan by selecting the inclusions that best fit your needs. This will also show an estimate of your monthly bill.
Choose your billing period. Moxee let's you select from 1 month of service or bundled options for 3,6,or 12 months.
Step 2: Create your Account
Complete your details:
Enter your active email address manually or sign up using your Google account by clicking the Google icon below
Plan Summary:
Choose your activation method
eSIM or Physical SIM. Since we are activating through a Physical SIM, please make sure to choose Physical SIM as your activation method
Not sure which one to pick? Click on What's the Difference to learn which options works best for your device
Important:
If you select Already have a Moxee Mobile SIM, you will not be asked for a shipping address later in the checkout process
If you select Physical SIM, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address during checkout
Please take note that shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery
Order Summary:
Checked on the finalized plan and price
If you have a coupon code, enter it in the promotion field and click Apply
Enter your full shipping address including Address Line 2 if needed (Apartment/ Room/Suite, etc.,) to ensure timely delivery
Click on the tick boxes
Payment Information:
Enter your payment method and Hit Pay
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase and subscription details
Step 3: Activation

Step 1: Start Activation
our dashboard will prompt you to start activating your line. Click 'Start Activation'
Confirm your service address. Make sure this is a valid U.S. address.
Choose 'I'd like a new number'
Your new number will be automatically generated.
At this point, since you do not have the physical SIM yet, a number will be assigned to your account, but service will not start yet.
Don’t worry—because the line has not been activated, your billing cycle will not begin yet.
Click 'Go to My Account'. Once you receive your SIM, you can return to your account page and activate your SIM from there.
Step 2: Install your SIM
Proceed with this step only after you have received your Panda SIM card
Log back in to your account portal and locate your line
Click 'Received my Panda SIM'
Enter your SIM's 18-20 digits code ICCID number found on the lower-left corner of your SIM card
Click 'Submit ICCID' to complete the activation.
Insert your SIM card:
Eject your phone’s SIM tray.
Insert your Panda Mobile SIM with the gold contacts facing down.
Reinsert the SIM tray into your phone.
Restart your device to allow it to connect to the Panda Mobile network.
After restarting, your service should begin shortly.
You’re all set! Your physical SIM is now activated. 🎉

You will only need to go though this process if you already have a Panda SIM on hand.
Step 1: Start Activation
Your dashboard will prompt you to start activating your line. Click 'Start Activation'
Confirm your service address. Make sure this is a valid U.S. address.
Step 2: Transfer your Number and Activate your SIM
Choose “I want to transfer my number to Panda” and select “I have my Panda SIM.”
Important: Do not cancel your current service—your number must remain active until the transfer completes.
Enter required details:
First & Last Name
Phone Number to Transfer
Account Number
Transfer PIN
Enter your SIM’s 18–20 digit ICCID and click “Submit.”
You’ll be redirected to your account page to manage your service.
Insert Your SIM:
Eject your SIM tray and insert your Panda SIM with gold contacts facing down.
Reinsert the tray and restart your phone.
Your service will connect shortly, you’re all set! 🎉
