I want to set up my Moxee Mobile account with an eSIM. Where do I start?

Step 1: Make your Plan

  • Login to website at (website link)

  • Click on Build My Plan to get started

  • Create your own plan. Moxee Mobile allows you to personalize your plan by selecting the inclusions that best fit your needs. This will also show an estimate of your monthly bill.

  • Choose your billing period. Moxee let's you select from 1 month of service or bundled options for 3,6,or 12 months.

  • Hit proceed to checkout to continue

Step 2: Create your Account

Complete your details:

  • Enter your email manually or sign up using your Google account by clicking the Google icon below

Plan Summary:

  • Choose your activation method: eSIM or Physical SIM. Since we are activating through eSIM, please make sure to choose eSIM as your activation method

  • Not sure which one to pick? Click on What's the Difference to learn which options works best for your device

Order Summary:

  • Checked on the finalized plan and price

  • Click on the tick boxes

Payment Information:

  • Enter your payment method and Hit Pay

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase and subscription details

Step 3: Activation

I want to activate my eSIM with a new number

Step 1: Activation

  • Your dashboard will prompt you to start activating your line. Click Start Activation

  • Ensure that your device is connected to WiFi before proceeding

  • Confirm your service address. Make sure this is a valid U.S. address

Step 2: Get Your Number

  • Choose 'I'd like a new number'

  • Your new number will be automatically generated

  • You will then be asked to 'manage your service' to continue with the activation process

Step 3: Install eSIM

  • The prompt will ask whether you want to activate now or schedule your service for a future date

    • If you choose 'Schedule your service for a future date', select the date you want to activate your line

      • Your account page will show your line but it will not yet be activated

      • Your billing cycle will not start until activation

      • You have the option to activate earlier than your chosen date if needed

    • If you choose 'Start Your Service Now', proceed immediately with activation

  • Before continuing, make sure you have:

    • A strong WiFi connection

    • Your device is running the latest OS and has a working camera

  • For iOS devices:

    • Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan

  • For Android devices:

    • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM

  • Scan the QR code provided

    • Follow the on-screen instructions carefully to complete installation

    • This step is critical — your device must fully scan the QR code for activation to succeed

  • Once confirmed, click Done. Congratulations! Your eSIM is now activated🎉

  • You may now manage your account by clicking 'Go to My Account'

I want to activate my eSIM with my own number

Prepare your account details for transfer. You can contact your previous carrier to get these details or visit the link below to get your Account Number and Transfer PIN.

Step 1: Start Activation

  • Your dashboard will prompt you to start activating your line. Click Start Activation

  • Ensure that your device is connected to WiFi before proceeding

  • Confirm your service address. Make sure this is a valid U.S. address

Step 2: Initiate the Transfer

  • Choose 'I want to transfer my number to Panda'

  • Important: Before transferring your number, do not cancel your service with your current carrier

    • Transferring (porting) your number requires that your number remains active with your current carrier

    • Your number will only be successfully ported once it is active with Panda Mobile

  • Enter all the required details carefully and review before submitting to ensure a smooth transfer:

    • Phone Number

    • Account Number

    • Transfer PIN

  • A temporary line will be generated. You will be notified once the transfer is complete

  • To activate your eSIM, click 'Continue to connect your device'

Step 3: Install eSIM

  • Before continuing, make sure you have:

    • A strong WiFi connection

    • Your device is running the latest OS and has a working camera

  • For iOS devices:

    • Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan

  • For Android devices:

    • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM

  • Scan the QR code provided
