Switching from eSIM to Physical SIM
Note: These steps are only needed if you're activating a new eSIM and initially used eSIM. If you initially activated a Physical SIM card, you can simply switch back from eSIM using you're original SIM - only eSIMs require a new QR code for activation.
If you don't have a physical SIM yet, please contact help@moxee.com and we'll process your request manually. Once your receive your SIM, you may follow the steps below.
Ensure a strong network connection: Make sure your device is connected to WiFi before starting.
Log into your portal. Access your account through our portal
Locate your active line: On the landing page, find the active line that needs the eSIM replacement. Click the "+" icon to manage the line, the select Change SIM
Select Physical SIM (pSIM): Choose pSIM as your SIM type.
Enter ICCID: Input the ICCID number printed on your SIM card, then click Confirm SIM swap.
Installing your SIM Card
Eject the SIM tray: Use a SIM ejector tool or a small paperclip to open the SIM tray on your phone.
Insert the SIM card: Place your Panda Mobile SIM into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, then slide it back into your phone.
Restart your phone: Allow your phone a few moments to recognize the new SIM.
Deactivate old eSIM: Your old eSIM will automatically stop working once the new SIM is set up.

Note: If you are switching to eSIM - ensure that your phone is eSIM compatible.

If your device is eSIM compatible - you should be able to view your device's eSIM unique identification number (EID)
Ensure strong network connection. Make sure your device is connected to a WiFi before starting.
Log into your portal. Access your account on our portal
Locate your active line. On the landing page, look for the active line that needs the eSIM activation. Click the "+" icon to manage the line, then select Change SIM
Select eSIM: Choose eSIM as your SIM type.
Verify eSIM activation. One Time PIN (OTP) will be send through your registered email. Enter and verify the 6 digits code and hit Verify OTP.
Scan the QR code. Use your device to scan the QR code and install the eSIM.
Your physical SIM will automatically stop working once eSIM is successfully set up.
Note: If you change your mind and want to switch back to a physical SIM, you can use your original SIM. Unlike eSIMs, which require a new QR code for the activation, you can simply insert your old physical SIM, but make sure to delete the active eSIM on your device first. Once the eSIM is removed, your physical SIM should work properly.
