Selling to MPB

Selling to MPB takes 4-5 business days from arrival at our warehouse.

1. Once we receive your gear, our product specialist team will unbox it

2. Your gear will be reviewed to check for functional performance, cosmetic condition and usage data to provide the accurate price and condition.

3. A final quote will be sent to you through email, including any adjustments to your quote

4. Payment is requested and paid to your account.

Trading in at MPB:

Trading with MPB takes 1-2 business days from arrival at our warehouse.

1. Once we receive your gear, our product specialist team will unbox it

2. Your gear will be reviewed to check for functional performance, cosmetic condition and usage data to provide the accurate price and condition.

3. A final quote will be sent to you through email, including any adjustments to your quote

4. Payment is requested, or made with the opportunity to enter delivery details for your exchange item.

Returning items to MPB

Returns with MPB take 2-3 business days from arrival at our warehouse.

1. Once your gear has been received, it will be unboxed by our product specialist team

2. Your gear will be reviewed to check for functional performance, cosmetic condition and usage data to provide the accurate price and condition. Within Returns, we will also aim to identify the fault or reason for return

3. You will receive an email confirming the next steps, whether it's a refund or arranging a replacement

Buying from MPB

Dispatch within 3 business days. Please note, this depends on the delivery option selected at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. During busy periods, express shipping is prioritized, while free ground shipping may face delays. For urgent orders, we recommend selecting an express option at checkout.

1. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and reviewed by our security team (See MPB Security Measures)

2. Once authorized, it will be picked and packed

3. Your order will then be dispatched for delivery to your address.

Further Information

When do I know that my gear has been delivered to MPB?

You will receive a confirmation email once your items have arrived at MPB and been processed by our team. You can also check the status of your tracking with the courier.

When do I know that my order has been dispatched?

Once your transaction has been processed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from MPB as well as a tracking confirmation with your designated courier.

On the morning of the delivery date, you will be notified by the courier of the hours time slot for delivery.
