Returns & Warranty

We’re happy to offer a 14-day return period and a free six-month warranty on all purchases. Whether you’ve changed your mind or encountered an issue, we aim to make things easy. Below you’ll find more details on how each policy works and what to expect.

Returns

If you'd like to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in the same condition and includes all original accessories.

Our team may offer troubleshooting support first, especially if there's a functional issue. This may help resolve simple problems without needing a return.

Return shipping details:

  • If you're in the contiguous U.S. and the return is due to an MPB error or a fault, we'll provide a free prepaid FedEx return label

  • For international orders, or if you're returning due to a change of heart, return shipping is your responsibility.

Contact us to begin the return, and we will send instructions on how to proceed.

Warranty

All MPB purchases include a free six-month warranty, covering faults from normal use under standard storage conditions.

If a fault is covered under warranty:

  • We'll first attempt to repair the item

  • If repair isn't possible, we'll offer a replacement, subject to availability

  • If neither is possible, we’ll issue a refund

Note: Accidental damage, misuse, and general wear and tear are not covered. Items sold in "Spares & Repairs" condition and consumables (e.g. batteries) do not come with warranty coverage, though they still qualify for the 14-day return period.

Delivery Options

MPB offers free shipping via FedEx Ground within the contiguous U.S., and expedited shipping via FedEx Express. The most accurate delivery options and estimated arrival dates will be shown at checkout, based on your address and order time.

FedEx Ground (Free Shipping)

All orders in the contiguous U.S. have the option to ship for free using FedEx Ground. This is our standard option and is fully insured.

FedEx Express (Expedited Options)

If you need your gear faster, you can select from FedEx Express options at checkout:

  • Next Day Delivery

  • 2-Day Express

  • 3-Day Saver

Shipping rates and estimated arrival dates for each service will appear during checkout.

We also ship to select international locations, including Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Hong Kong. Each MPB region operates its own inventory, so gear cannot be transferred between marketplaces (e.g., from the U.S. to the UK).

Can I Pick Up My Order?

No. As MPB is e-commerce only, we do not operate a physical retail store. All orders must be shipped. MPB does not offer in-person pickups or dropoffs at any of our locations.

What you see online is exactly what you'll receive - every item is individually photographed, carefully inspected, and shipped securely to your door.
