If you qualify for tax-exempt status, please contact our customer support team before placing your order by selecting the 'Connect to an agent' option on chat. Provide them with your tax exemption form, and they will assist you in setting up the order according to your tax-exempt status.
Note: This must be done before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process tax refunds after an order has been placed. Tax exemption cannot be added to your account for future orders, so you’ll need to contact us each time to set up a tax-exempt order.
