MPB partners with FedEx for all shipments—whether you're selling, trading in, or returning your gear. For added convenience, FedEx also offers a free pickup service.

Selling or Trading? We offer free weekday pick-up, so you can choose the date that works best for you (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Returning an item? If your item is faulty (e.g. not functioning as described) or you received the wrong item, we can arrange a free pick-up or drop-off.

Our Shipping Process

FedEx Pick-up

  • Schedule your free pick-up directly in the quote form.

  • Choose a preferred pick-up date.

  • Enter the number of boxes you're sending.

FedEx Drop-off

  • Choose to drop off your package at a nearby FedEx location.

  • Perfect for weekend shipping.

Here’s what we’ll need from you

  • Shipping address: Use a US residential or business address (still required for drop-offs).

If you are a Canadian resident looking to sell to MPB, you will need to arrange your own shipping. To set this up, please contact us.

  • Number of boxes:

    • Enter how many physical boxes you’re sending.

    • Multiple boxes within one box still count as one.

Labeling Your Package

You'll receive:

  • An MPB label with your transaction number.

  • A FedEx shipping label.

For drop-offs:

  • You’ll also get a FedEx QR code.

  • No printer? Show your QR code and FedEx will print the label.

  • Write your transaction number on the outside of the box—FedEx does not print the MPB label.

For pick-ups:

  • Print and attach both labels.

  • FedEx does not accept QR codes for pick-ups.

Further Information

How long does it take for my package to arrive at MPB?

FedEx Ground quotes 1-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

If you are unsure when your package is likely to arrive, we recommend checking your tracking with the courier, as they may also provide service updates within transit.

What time can I expect FedEx to collect my gear?

Unfortunately, FedEx does not give a time slot for home pick-ups. They often pick up between 9 am-5 p.m

Can I change my pickup date?

Yes. Please contact us for assistance.

How do I track my package?

You can track your package by using the unique tracking number provided by the courier. FedEx will provide a receipt at drop-off, which will include the tracking number.

Once your package has been received by our team, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the next steps in processing your gear.

Can I bring my gear to an MPB warehouse myself?

MPB is an online-only service, so we're unable to offer in-person drop-offs at our warehouses.

Can I use a different courier?

MPB uses FedEx as our primary courier for all shipments. An alternative courier can be used to send your gear. However, this would be at your expense and risk.

Do I need a printer to sell to MPB?

It is not required to use a printer when selling to MPB. If you do wish to choose the ‘Drop Off’ option, you can use the FedEx QR code. If you choose a home pick-up, this will require printing off the labels.

The courier didn’t collect my gear. What now?

If your collection has failed, please contact our team so that we can re-arrange this.
