What happens if the item I am selling is adjusted?

Get started by selecting your item model and picking a cosmetic condition for a free instant quote. The more accurate your estimated cosmetic condition, the quicker you’ll get paid. If you’re not sure, that’s okay. Just use your best judgment. Learn more about MPB’s cosmetic conditions.

Our product specialists will carefully inspect the performance and appearance of your gear after you ship it to us. We’ll notify you if we need to make any adjustments to your quote. If we update your quote then our team will get in touch to check you’re happy to proceed.

If you accept the updated quote, you have entered a binding contract as per our terms and conditions and can no longer dispute the quote price. If you decline the updated quote, you will not be entered into a contract for a sale/trade with us and we will return your gear to you free of charge.
