How Do I View My Order?

When you log in to your account, you can access and view all previous and current transactions, including your order.

If you checked out as a guest, your order history will be linked to your account once your email address is registered with MPB.

Overview, Invoices as well as quotes generated through our website.

To search through your transaction history, go to your profile page and select ‘Transactions’

How do I update my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or updated. We recommend that you place a separate order if you wish to add further items, or get in touch with our Customer Experience team to cancel the order and place another.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled while payment is still authorising. Once this is complete, cancellation isn’t possible — but our customer experience team will be happy to help you arrange a return instead. We recommend getting in touch as soon as possible.

How do I return my order?

At MPB, we offer a 14 day return period and a 12 month warranty for products unless specified. To arrange a return, contact our customer experience team at Sales@mpb.com and a member of our team will be happy to help.

Where can I find my invoice?

We’ll email your invoice as soon as your order ships. To view previous order invoices, select ‘Transactions’ under your account and select ‘View Invoice’

When do I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email from MPB once your order has been dispatched. This will include your tracking number and invoice. You will also receive a notification from the courier handling your order.

If you cannot find the confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam/junk inbox.
