Returns Policies

All used kit from MPB comes with a free six-month warranty and a 14-day returns period, which begins the day you receive your order. The warranty covers any faults that may occur with normal use and under normal storage conditions and doesn't include accidental damage or misuse.

To return an order, contact our support team via chat ('Connect to an agent') or email sales@mpb.com to request a return authorisation number.

Returns Period

You can return your order within 14 days if it’s in the same condition as when you received it, with all original accessories. Contact support via chat ('Connect to an agent') or email sales@mpb.com for a return authorisation number.

  • Change of Heart: Return shipping is at your expense.

  • Faulty Item or MPB Error: We provide a free collection or pre-paid drop-off label

Warranty Period

Your purchase includes a free six-month warranty covering faults from normal use. Our team will offer troubleshooting before arranging a return.

Accidental damage is not covered by the warranty. In the event of a claim, we first attempt to repair the item. If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace the item if a suitable alternative is available.

Items in ‘Spares & Repairs’ condition and consumables such as batteries do not include a warranty but qualify for the 14-day return period.

Security Measures

At MPB, we prioritise your security. To protect your personal information and prevent unauthorized transactions, we use enhanced identity verification through Persona, which securely checks your documents and uses biometric authentication. MPB complies with GDPR regulations to ensure your data is protected.
