You can get information about your trip, report broken equipment, and more by chatting with us in this app. You can chat with us about subways, buses, Metro-North Railroad and Long Island Rail Road.

Reporting emergencies: If you see an emergency happening, please report this by speaking to a train crew member or a police officer, using the intercom in the train or a Help Point Intercom on a platform, or calling 911. You can also text 911 if calling isn't possible.

Send us a message

Once you've opened chat, tap Send us a message to start a new conversation. You'll be prompted to select some options to make sure we send you to the right team. Once you've provided all the necessary information, we'll connect you with an agent as soon as possible.
