Editing Your Content Strategy in Munch Studio

Your content strategy is auto-built by Munch Studio, defining what, where, and when you pos, but you can still adjust it.

Whether you want to adjust your goals, audience, or posting schedule, you’ll find everything in one place.

🛠️ What You Can Edit

You can refine the following parts of your content strategy:

  • Social Platforms: Set your preferred platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and how often to post

  • Content Goals: Define what success looks like (e.g., growing your community or driving traffic)

  • Audience: Fine-tune demographics, interests, values, and challenges

  • Keywords: Highlight the topics that shape your voice and relevance

📍 Where to Find It

To access your strategy:

  • Go to Content Strategy in the left menu

  • Navigate through the tabs and click Edit in each tab to make those changes:

    • Social Platforms and Media advertising mix

    • Goals

      • notice that you need to remove existing "Goals", by clicking on them, to add a new one

    • Audience

    • Keywords

💾 Don’t forget to click Save Changes.

🎆 Once saved, Munch Studio will automatically generate a new batch of content based on your updated brand settings.

🔗 Social Platforms

Set which platforms you want to post on and how frequently. You’ll see suggested days, times, and formats (Posts, Reels, Stories) based on what works best for each channel.

Example: Instagram Stories are recommended 4x a week, while Facebook Reels are suggested once weekly.

🎯 Goals

Select the outcomes you want your content to support:

  • Expand Online Community

  • Increase Website Traffic

Your goals help Munch align content to what matters most for your business.

👥 Audience

Customize your target audience by defining:

  • Age, location, occupation

  • Interests, values, lifestyle, and pain points

This helps Munch generate content that resonates deeply with your ideal clients.

🧱 Pillars

These are the themes your content will focus on — things like:

  • Customer Success Stories

  • Product/Service Showcases

  • Community Engagement

  • Motivational Content

  • Tips and Quick Wins

  • Trends and Timely Topics

Each one maps to real user intent and keeps your strategy balanced.

🔑 Keywords

Pick the key topics that reinforce your brand’s positioning. For example:

  • #customer satisfaction

  • #community engagement

  • #quality services

These guide the nuance of your messaging and increase search visibility.
