📋 Main Navigation — Left-Side Menu

When you log in, most of the key features are accessible from the left-hand menu. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Integrations — Where you connect your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, etc.). Once connected, Munch can auto-post and track performance.

  • Media Library — Upload or manage your brand’s media assets (logos, photos, images). This helps ensure posts reflect your brand visuals correctly.

  • Content Strategy (or similar name) — Where you define/edit your content strategy: picking which platforms you post to, how often, your target audience, content goals, keywords/themes, etc.

  • Explore / Collections / Ideas — A space to browse pre-made or suggested content (posts, videos, captions) that Munch has created for you, based on your brand. Good for inspiration or quick posting.

  • Planner / Calendar / Scheduled Posts — Where you see all your approved or scheduled posts, review their planned dates/times, and manage your content calendar.

  • Settings / Account — For account, brand settings, integrations, media uploads, and other configuration options.

Using these menu sections, you can:

  • Connect social media accounts so Munch can auto-post and track performance rather than manually posting yourself.

  • Define or adjust your content strategy — choose which platforms you post on, how often, set goals (e.g. growth, engagement), pick your audience, keywords, themes. Munch then uses that to generate content suggestions.

  • Upload your brand’s media — logos, images, photos — so all posts are aligned with your brand identity (visuals, colors, etc).

  • Browse content ideas or collections — get ready-made posts/videos with captions, formatted to the social platform of your choice. Ideal for quick posting or inspiration.

  • Schedule and approve posts — once you find a post you like, approve it or schedule for automatic publishing. Manage when and where your posts go live.
