Scheduling posts through Munch Studio is one of the most powerful ways to save time and maintain a consistent social media presence. Here’s a full guide on how to use it effectively — including key features like Smart Scheduling, your content calendar, and post management.
Step-by-Step: How to Schedule a Post
Once you’ve created your post in Munch Studio and it’s ready to publish, you can easily schedule it to post on your connected social media accounts. Below are the steps to follow.
1. Open the Scheduling Menu
After your post is fully ready, click on the “Schedule” option.
This will open the scheduling panel, where you can choose the date and time your post will be published.
2. Choose How You Want to Schedule
You can schedule your post in two different ways:
A. Smart Scheduling (Recommended)
Smart Scheduling automatically suggests the optimal time for your post based on engagement data.
Simply select the date, and the system will show you the best time to publish.
B. Manual Scheduling
If you prefer to select the exact posting time yourself, disable Smart Scheduling.
From there, choose the specific date and time you want your content to go live.
3. (Optional) Add a First Comment
Munch Studio also allows you to add a first comment that will publish immediately after your post goes live.
This is especially useful for:
Hashtags
Calls to action
Extra notes you don’t want in the main caption
4. Select Your Social Media Accounts
Before finalizing your schedule, make sure the social platforms you want to publish to are:
Properly integrated
Showing as “connected”
Toggled on for this post
You can schedule to Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms as they become available.
5. Send to Planner
Once everything looks correct, click the date and time button on the bottom right and now your post will now be added to your Munch Studio Planner.
6. Review Your Scheduled Post in the Planner
In the Planner, you’ll be able to:
See your post on your visual calendar
Edit the content or time
Adjust the schedule
Delete or reschedule if needed
The Planner gives you a clear overview of all upcoming posts across your platforms.
