Collections make it quick and easy to fill your content calendar with beautifully designed posts—curated by Munch Studio just for you.
⚠️ Important: Collections are only available if you have an integrated social media account. Make sure you’ve connected your account first via the Integrations page.
✏️ What Are Collections?
Collections are sets of ready-made, on-brand posts crafted by Munch Studio. They’re organized by social media platform so you can easily pick what fits best for each channel.
🚀 How to Use Collections
Go to the Explore page in Munch Studio.
Choose the collection for the social media platform you want to post to.
Click “Let’s Start.”
You’ll see a suggested post for that platform, complete with:
The design
A suggested caption
The day and time it will be scheduled
If you don’t like the suggestion, click “Skip.”
This will move you to the next available post in the collection.
If you like the post, click “Approve.”
The post will be automatically added to your scheduled posts.
Continue until you’ve gone through all the posts in the collection.
When you’re done, click “Done & Review.”
✅ What Happens Next?
At the end, you can:
Go directly to your Planner to see how your schedule looks, or
Go back to the Explore page to discover and add more posts from other collections.
Using Collections helps keep your content calendar fresh, cohesive, and perfectly timed—without starting from scratch.
