✅ How Billing and Cancellation Work
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis (or annual, if you chose that plan).
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges — but your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
🔄 When Refunds Are Available
Refund policy depends on when you cancel and what kind of subscription you have:
Monthly Subscription: If you cancel within 7 days of the payment and you haven’t used the platform, you are eligible for a full refund of that last payment.
Annual Subscription: If you cancel within 14 days of payment and you haven’t used the platform, you may get a full refund of the annual fee.
After the refund period ends: If you cancel after those grace periods, standard policy states you will not receive a refund for the recent payment.
