Your daily amount of calories is automatically estimated based on your fitness goals, activity level, and meal preferences you share in the questionnaire. You can update these settings manually anytime to make sure your plan stays aligned with your current lifestyle and objectives. To adjust your calorie goal:
Tap the progress icon in the footer menu.
In the Goal section, tap the toggle icon.
You’ll be guided through a short questionnaire where you can review and update your answers, such as your fitness goal, activity level, or dietary preferences.
On the weight loss speed step, move the slider left or right to see how much calories you should intake daily.
Once you complete these steps, the app will automatically recalculate your daily calorie count to match your new goal and preferences. Your new calorie target will immediately appear on the main page.
