Your daily calorie goal is automatically calculated based on the fitness goals, activity level, and meal preferences you share in the questionnaire. You can update these settings anytime to make sure your plan stays aligned with your current lifestyle and objectives. To update your calorie goal:
Tap the Progress icon in the footer menu.
In the Goal section, tap the toggle icon to adjust your target.
You’ll be guided through a short questionnaire where you can review and update your answers, such as your fitness goal, activity level, or dietary preferences.
On the weight loss speed step, use the slider to move left or right and preview your updated average daily calorie target.
Once you complete these steps, the app will automatically recalculate your daily calorie goal your new goal and preferences. Your new calorie target will immediately appear on the main page.
