You can adjust your fats, carbohydrates, and protein targets anytime to make sure your plan stays aligned with your current lifestyle and objectives. Here’s how:
Tap the progress icon in the footer menu, then the toggle icon in the Goal section:
You’ll be guided through a short quiz where you can adjust your preferred diet (balanced, low fat, low carb, or keto) and protein level (low, moderate, high, or extra high) to change the macronutrient balance:
In the end of the quiz tap the "Adjust Goals" button:
Choose a new program type — Guided if you want an exact macro proportion or Manual if you want to set your fixed numbers:
If you chose the Guided type, you can set the exact protein target and specify the carb-to-fat ratio. The changes will be immediately reflected on the color scale:
If you chose the Manual type, you can set your own fats, carbs, and protein target either in grams or percentages. The changes will be immediately reflected on the color scale:
Note that the app won't allow you to save macro percentages that are higher or lower than 100%:
Once you complete these steps, your new macro targets will immediately appear on the main page.
