How can I connect/pair my Garmin Watch to the app?

Synchronization with Garmin Watch

While there isn’t a direct Garmin integration available at the moment, you can still sync your Garmin data with our app by connecting Garmin to Apple Health, and then Apple Health to our app.

Step 1: Connect Garmin to Apple Health

Garmin devices can share data with Apple Health through the Garmin Connect app.
For detailed setup instructions, please visit the 👉 official Garmin website for guidance on connecting Garmin Connect with Apple Health.

Step 2: Connect Apple Health to our app

Once your Garmin data is syncing with Apple Health:

  1. Open the Calorie Counter app and go to your "Profile" in the upper-left corner.

  2. Enable Apple Health integration.

Your Garmin data will now automatically sync with our app through Apple Health.

✍️ Note: You may notice some differences between the step or activity counts shown in Garmin Connect, Apple Health, and the app. Garmin and Apple Health use different devices, sensors, and methods to detect and calculate activity. For example, a phone can use built-in motion sensors such as an accelerometer to detect steps, while Garmin devices use their own sensors and algorithms. As a result, the same activity may not always produce exactly the same numbers across platforms.

If multiple apps or devices are contributing the same type of data to Apple Health, the Data Sources & Access section also lets you check and change which source has priority.
