You can connect your Apple Watch to our app through the Apple Health app. This allows steps, activity, workouts, and weight data to sync between Apple Health and our app.
Step 1: Connect your Apple Watch to Apple Health
Open the "Health" app on your iPhone.
Tap "Summary", then tap your profile icon π€ in the upper-right corner.
Scroll down to "Devices" and make sure your Apple Watch is listed and connected.
Step 2: Enable Apple Health integration in our app
Open Calorie Counter app and go to your "Profile" in the upper-left corner.
Enable Apple Health integration.
Once both steps are complete, your Apple Watch data will automatically sync with our app, keeping your activity and health insights up to date.
