Our development team is always working to improve the app and fix any bugs that may appear. Before reaching out to us, please try the following steps — they often resolve most issues right away:

  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.

  • Check that your iOS is updated to the newest version in your device settings.

  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to ensure a stable internet connection.

  • Restart the app to clear temporary glitches.

  • Close other apps running in the background to free up memory.

  • Make sure your device has enough available storage.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team in the app chat and include:

  • a screenshot or screen recording of the issue,

  • a short description of what steps you took before it occurred.
