How do I delete my account/profile?

Deactivating an account and deleting progress

Calorie Counter does not use a traditional user account that stores your personal data on our servers. Your app data is stored locally on your device and can also be synced with your iCloud account. This means you can delete your data directly from the app without needing to close a separate online account.

1. Delete your data from the app

You can remove your data directly from Calorie Counter:

  1. Open the app and go to the main page.

  2. Tap Profile in the top left corner.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.

  4. Confirm the deletion.

This removes your data from the app, including meal and food logs, workout logs, weight and other tracked data, as well as data synced with Apple Health.

2. Remove any remaining data from iCloud

Some app data may still be stored in iCloud. To remove it completely, follow these steps in order:

  1. Delete the app's iCloud data:
Go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Storage → Calorie Counter → Delete Data from iCloud.

  2. Disable the app from iCloud Backup:
Go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup → [your device] → Calorie Counter → turn off the toggle.

  3. Delete the app completely:
Press and hold the app icon on your Home Screen → Remove App → Delete App → Delete.

❗ Important: Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your progress and other app data cannot be restored.
