If you’re experiencing an issue, a screen recording can help us better understand what’s going wrong.
Here’s how to record your screen on iPhone:
Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open Control Center.
Tap the grey Record button 🔘 and wait for the three-second countdown.
If you don’t see this button, press and hold the Control Center area, tap "Add a Control", and add "Screen Recording":
Exit Control Center and reproduce the issue while recording.
To stop recording, tap the red Record button 🔴 at the top of your screen and select "Stop", or open Control Center and tap the red Record button again.
Once recorded, you can share the video with us so we can investigate and assist you more effectively.
