If you forgot to stop your fasting session or entered the wrong fasting time, don’t worry — you can easily adjust this anytime in the app!
For an ongoing fasting session: tap "End Fasting". On the next screen, you’ll be able to change the start and end times to match when you actually began.
For a completed fasting session: go to the Daily tab, find the fasting log, and tap "Update" next to that session to edit the times.
Your fasting history and statistics will automatically update once you save the changes.
