If you forgot to stop your fasting session or entered the wrong fasting time, don’t worry — you can easily adjust this anytime in the app!
For an ongoing fasting session: tap "End Fasting". On the next screen, you’ll be able to change the start and end times to match when you actually began. Note that you can only set an ending time that has already passed or is current, not one in the future.
For a completed fasting session: go to the Daily tab, find the fasting log, and tap "Update" next to that session to edit the times.
Your fasting history and statistics will automatically update once you save the changes.
✍️ Note: Fasting session is recorded on the day it begins. For example, if you set your fasting period from March 10 to March 11, your fast will be logged on March 10.
