All POS data updates are set to auto by default.
Having the Menu Data Update set to Auto means that the content on a design will update automatically whenever there are changes made to the imported Square POS data.
Data Settings
From within the design editor, select File from the top.
Select Data Settings.
Data Settings will be set to Auto by default.
Having the Menu Data Update set to Auto means that the content on a design will update automatically whenever there are changes made to the imported Square POS data.
Toggle to Manual to manually review and approve changes to imported Square POS data on MustHaveMenus designs.
Manual POS Updates
If Menu Data Updates have been changed to Manual within Data Settings, a notification will show on the left of Home, beside POS Integration.
To review updates, select POS Integration.
Designs using the connected POS data will show, with the number of updates available, and the option to Review, Approve, Dismiss and Update all.
Select the desired option to accept or ignore updates.
