When completing an inbound plan, you may encounter an error that transportation option cant be generated. This happens if you chose a past or present date. It will also occur if you have changed the date multiple times
To resolve this issue, cancel the current inbound plan and create a new one. You do not need to relist your items or reprint your labels.
If you're shipping a single box, you can select the "Add all" option during the box content step.
Additionally, ensure that you select a future date to prevent this error from occurring again.
