After the inbound plan has been successfully created, you will be taken to the Packing Options step.
Here, you will need to choose how you want to pack your items for shipment. You will see two available options:
Everything in One Box
This option automatically creates Box 1 and places all items from your batch into that box. This is the fastest option and is recommended if all items will be shipped together.
Box As You Go
This option allows you to manually create boxes and add items to each box as needed. This is useful if you plan to split your shipment into multiple boxes.
To proceed with the fastest method, click Start one-box packing.
Once you select your packing method, you can continue to the next step of preparing your shipment.
After selecting your packing option, you will proceed to the Pack Items section.
Here, you will see Box 1 automatically created (if you selected the one-box packing option). You will also see your items listed in the Pack List below.
To pack your items:
Drag each item from the Pack List into Box 1, or use the Actions option to add items to the box.
Continue adding items until all products in the batch are assigned to a box.
If you need additional boxes, click Add Box to create another one.
As you pack items, the system will automatically update the number of SKUs, item count, and box weight.
Once all items are packed into boxes, you can proceed to the next step of confirming box details and shipment information.
If there are multiple packing groups, you'll see that exact same UI repeated again below this packing group.
If you received an unexpected packing group split, the best way to handle that is:
Write down the SKUs in the unexpected packing group (usually it’s just a few items that need to be packed separately)
Cancel the inbound plan
Remove those SKUs from your batch
Re-create the plan
At this point, you’ll most likely see that there is only one packing group left, and you can move forward!
