FAQ: When Do I Need to Provide a Product Delivery Window?

Amazon requires non-partnered carrier shipments to provide a product delivery window. Learn below why.

Updated this week

Inside AccelerList, sometimes you will be asked to provide a product delivery window.

As of October 2025, Amazon ONLY requires this when you choose a non-partnered carrier.

Why?

With partnered shipping carriers, you purchase the shipping label through Amazon. Amazon has fine-grained information on exactly when the shipment will arrive. You do NOT need to provide any additional product delivery window information during the shipping workflow.

With non-partnered shipping carriers, Amazon has lower quality data on when the shipment will arrive (since there are so many carriers), so they rely on the seller to provide the exact information.

Sellers also must provide the tracking number through AccelerList for a non-partnered carrier.
