Disable Auto Print (Box Content step)
1) Make sure you’re in the correct workflow step
Auto Print can only be turned on/off during the Box Content step (after you’ve created an inbound plan).
If your batch is already in Generate Placement or Read-only mode, you won’t be able to disable Auto Print anymore.
2) Go to your inbound shipment workflow
3) Use “Box as you go” (important)
Choose “Box as you go” (not “1 box automatic”).
4) Create your box
Create a box in Box Content.
5) Open the box you created
Click/select the box you just created to view its settings/options.
6) Turn OFF Auto Print
Find the Auto Print checkbox/toggle and untick it.
Once it’s unticked, labels should stop printing automatically while you do Box Content.
