Overview
If your shipment gets stuck or you encounter errors while processing it, AccelerList provides a Shipment Recovery feature to safely rebuild your shipment and continue without losing your data.
When to Use Shipment Recovery
Use this when:
Shipment is stuck on placement or transportation steps
You receive repeated errors from Amazon
The workflow is not progressing properly
👉 This helps restore your shipment without needing to start over.
Step 1: Start Shipment Recovery
Click “Recover shipment now” when prompted
You will see two recovery options:
👉 Start with Automated shipment recovery for the fastest resolution.
Step 2: Automated Recovery Process
Once selected, AccelerList will automatically:
Alert the support system
Backup your box contents
Save your shipment data
Cancel the old inbound plan
Create a new inbound plan
Rebuild box contents
Submit data back to Amazon
Generate new placement options
👉 Please wait and do not close the window during this process.
Step 3: Recovery Complete
Once finished, you will see a Recovery Successful message:
Your shipment has been fully restored
All box contents are preserved
New shipment data has been created
👉 Click “Continue to Placement Selection” to proceed.
Alternative: Manifest Method (Manual Backup)
If automated recovery does not work, you can use the Manifest Method:
Download your shipment file
Process it in Seller Central
Upload it back to AccelerList
👉 This is a fallback option for more complex issues.

Always try Automated Recovery first
Avoid closing the recovery window while processing
