Manifest Method (Manual Backup for Shipment Issues)

Overview

If your shipment gets stuck or Amazon returns an error during the shipping process, you can use the Manifest Method as a manual backup to complete your shipment. This method allows you to download your shipment data, process it in Seller Central, and re-upload it to finalize your box contents.

When to Use This

Use the Manifest Method if:

Shipment creation is stuck or not progressing
You encounter repeated errors in placement or transportation steps
Automated recovery does not resolve the issue

Accessing Shipment Recovery

When you encounter an issue, click “Recover shipment now”
You will see two options:
- Automated shipment recovery (recommended first)
- Manifest method (manual backup)
Click “Manifest method” to proceed

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Download Manifest from AccelerList
- Click “Download manifest”
- This will download an .xlsx file containing your shipment data
- You will upload this file into Seller Central
Step 2: Open Shipment in Seller Central
- Go to Seller Central → Send to Amazon
- Locate your shipment
- Continue the workflow until you reach the upload step
Step 3: Upload Manifest File in Seller Central
- Upload the .xlsx file you downloaded
- Follow Amazon’s instructions to process the shipment
- Amazon will validate and generate updated shipment details
Step 4: Download Edited File from Seller Central
- After processing, download the updated file from Amazon
- This file now includes finalized box content data
Step 5: Upload Edited File Back to AccelerList
- Click “Upload Amazon .xlsx”
- Upload the edited file from Seller Central
- Wait for the system to process the data
👉 Make sure to download the edited file first before proceeding to the next step.

Step 6: Complete the Shipment
- Once uploaded successfully, proceed to finalize your shipment
- Continue with labels and shipment confirmation

- Always try Automated Recovery first before using this method
- Ensure you are uploading the correct and updated file from Amazon
- Do not skip steps in Seller Central to avoid validation errors
