Multichannel Orders Dashboard Guide

This guide walks you through how to view, filter, and manage your orders across Amazon, eBay, and AbeBooks inside AccelerList.

Overview

The Multichannel Orders page gives you a centralized view of all your orders across connected platforms, helping you quickly track performance and fulfillment status.

At the top of the page, you’ll see key metrics:

  • Revenue – Total sales within the selected time range

  • Needs Action – Orders that are unshipped or require attention

  • Shipped – Successfully fulfilled orders

  • Avg Order – Average order value


Platform Tabs

You can filter orders by platform using the tabs:

  • All Platforms – View everything in one list

  • Amazon – Amazon orders only

  • eBay – eBay orders only

  • AbeBooks – AbeBooks orders only

This makes it easy to focus on specific marketplaces.


Filtering Orders

You can refine your order view using the filters above the table:

Search Bar

Search by:

  • Order ID

  • SKU

  • Product title


Date Range

Filter orders by timeframe (e.g., Last 30 days).


Status Filter

Choose order status:

  • All statuses

  • Pending

  • Shipped

  • Failed / Canceled


Sorting Options

Sort how orders are displayed:

  • Urgency (action needed first) – Prioritizes orders needing attention

  • Newest first

  • Oldest first


Order Table Breakdown

Each row shows key order details:

  • Platform – Where the order came from (Amazon, eBay, etc.)

  • Order ID + Date

  • Item Title + SKU

  • Quantity & Price

  • Status (e.g., Shipped via FBA)

  • Tracking Number


Understanding Order Status

  • Shipped (via FBA) – Amazon fulfilled the order

  • Pending / Needs Action – Requires fulfillment or attention

  • Failed / Canceled – Order did not complete


Tips

  • Use “Needs Action” to quickly spot orders that require fulfillment

  • Use platform tabs when troubleshooting specific marketplace issues

  • Use search + filters together to quickly find specific orders
