How to Locate Your Orders in the Orders Tab

Learn how to find and manage orders in AccelerList using marketplace tabs, search, date ranges, status filters, and sorting options.

The Orders section in AccelerList allows you to view and manage orders from your connected marketplaces in one place. You can quickly search for a specific order or use filters to narrow down the orders you need to review.

How to Access Your Orders

  1. Log in to your AccelerList account.

  2. Go to the Orders tab.

  3. The Multichannel Orders page will display your available orders from your connected marketplaces.

At the top of the page, you can also see a quick overview of your orders, including:

  • Revenue – Revenue generated from your recent orders.

  • Needs Action – Orders that are unshipped or pending and may require your attention.

  • Shipped – Orders that have already been fulfilled.

  • Avg Order – The average value of your orders.

Choose a Marketplace

Use the marketplace tabs to narrow down the orders you want to see.

Depending on the marketplaces connected to your account, you may see options such as:

  • All Platforms – Displays orders from all available marketplaces.

  • Amazon – Displays your Amazon orders.

  • eBay – Displays your eBay orders.

  • AbeBooks – Displays AbeBooks orders when the marketplace is connected and supported.

Click the marketplace you want to review.

Search for a Specific Order

If you're looking for a particular order, use the Search field above the order list.

You can search using information such as:

  • Order ID

  • SKU

  • Item title

Enter the information in the search field, and AccelerList will narrow down the displayed orders.

Filter Your Orders

You can also use the available filters to make orders easier to locate.

Date Range

Use the date filter, such as Last 30 days, to control which order period is displayed.

Order Status

Use the All statuses dropdown to narrow the list based on the current status of the order.

This can help you quickly locate orders that still require attention instead of searching through completed orders.

Sort Your Orders

You can also change how your orders are sorted. For example, selecting Urgency (action needed first) helps bring orders requiring attention toward the top of the list.

Review the Order Information

Once you've located an order, the order list provides important details, including:

  • Marketplace

  • Order number

  • Order date

  • Item title

  • SKU

  • Quantity

  • Price

  • Order status

  • Fulfillment method, when available

For example, the status can show whether an order has already been Shipped and whether it was fulfilled through FBA or by the merchant.

Orders That Need Attention

AccelerList may display an alert at the top of the Orders page when orders require attention, such as orders that have remained unshipped for an extended period.

You can use the Needs Action information together with the status and urgency filters to quickly find these orders and determine which ones need to be handled first.

Can't Find an Order?

If you cannot locate an order:

  1. Make sure you have selected the correct marketplace or switch to All Platforms.

  2. Check your selected date range.

  3. Clear any status or sorting filters that may be hiding the order.

  4. Search using the Order ID, SKU, or item title.

  5. Confirm that the appropriate marketplace account is connected to AccelerList.

If the order is still not appearing, contact AccelerList Support with the order ID and marketplace so we can help investigate.
