The Multichannel Orders tab gives you a centralized view of all your orders across Amazon, eBay, and other connected platforms. It helps you monitor sales, prioritize actions, and track fulfillment.


πŸ“Š Top Summary Metrics

Revenue

  • Shows your total sales amount for the selected time period

  • Includes the number of orders within that range

πŸ‘‰ Helps you quickly see how much you’ve earned


Needs Action

  • Displays the number of unshipped or pending orders

  • These are orders that require your attention

πŸ‘‰ Use this to prioritize what needs to be fulfilled


Shipped

  • Shows the number of fulfilled (completed) orders

πŸ‘‰ Helps track how many orders have already been processed


Avg Order

  • Displays the average value per order

All Platforms

  • Shows orders from all connected marketplaces

Amazon / eBay / AbeBooks

  • Filters orders by specific platform

  • β€œNot connected” means no data will show for that platform

Search Bar

  • Search by:

    • Order ID

    • SKU

    • Product title

Date Range (e.g., Last 30 days)

Status Filter

  • Filter orders by status (e.g., pending, shipped, etc.)

Sort / Priority Filter

  • Example: Urgency (action needed first)

  • Sorts orders based on priority

Refresh Button

  • Updates your order list

Order List

  • Displays all orders based on your selected filters

No Orders Found

  • Appears when:

    • No orders match your filters

    • Platform not connected


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Orders only appear if your marketplace is connected and synced

  • Delays may happen depending on Amazon/eBay sync timing

  • Always check filters if no orders are showing
