How Inventory Sync Works
When your items are crosslisted between Amazon and eBay, AccelerList helps keep your inventory aligned across both platforms.
🔄 Automatic Quantity Updates
If an item sells on Amazon, the quantity on eBay is automatically reduced
If an item sells on eBay, the quantity on Amazon is also adjusted accordingly (based on your workflow)
This helps prevent overselling and keeps your listings accurate across platforms.
What Happens When Quantity Reaches Zero
When the quantity of an item reaches 0:
👉 The eBay listing will automatically be ended/closed
This ensures:
You don’t sell items that are no longer available
Your account stays compliant with eBay performance standards
Important Notes
Sync is not always instant and may take a short time depending on system updates
Manual quantity changes made directly in Amazon do not automatically sync to eBay
Automatic updates are primarily triggered by sales activity
