This happens when Amazon’s catalog is missing dimension data for that ASIN.
👉 To proceed, you’ll need to manually enter the dimensions and weight.

You’ll see a popup like:

👉 This is required before you can add the item to your batch.
🔧 Step-by-Step: How to Add Dimensions
1️⃣ Scan the Item into Your Batch
👉 If dimensions are missing, the popup will appear automatically
2️⃣ Enter the Required Dimensions
You’ll need to fill in:
Length (in) → longest side
Width (in) → second longest side
Height (in) → shortest side
Weight (lbs) → total weight of item
👉 Example:
3️⃣ Use Accurate or Estimated Values
If exact dimensions are not available:
Use manufacturer info if possible
Or estimate safely based on similar items

Always include packaging (item + packaging)
Avoid underestimating values

Once all fields are filled:
