Marking a Batch as Completed Within AccelerList

A quick guide on how to manually mark a batch as completed within AccelerList, including enabling the button and updating the status from the Batch History page.

If you’ve already finished processing your shipment outside of the normal workflow, you can manually mark your batch as completed in AccelerList. This helps keep your batch records organized and up to date.

✅ Option 1: From the Batch (Enable “Complete Batch” Button)

If the “Complete Batch” button is not yet enabled, you can:

  1. Go back to your batch

  2. Download your shipping labels again

  3. Once done, the “Complete Batch” button will become available

👉 You can then click Complete Batch to mark it as finished.

🔄 Option 2: From the Batch History Page

  1. Go to your Batch History page

  2. Locate the batch you want to update

  3. Click the status (e.g., In Progress)

⚠️ Confirmation Prompt

After clicking the status, you’ll see a confirmation popup.

  • Review the message carefully

  • Click the blue button “Yes, mark as completed”

❗ Important Notes

  • Only use this option if the shipment was completed outside of AccelerList’s normal workflow

  • Once marked as completed, you may not be able to revert it back to “In Progress” without contacting support

✅ Summary

You can mark a batch as completed either by:

  • Enabling and clicking the Complete Batch button after downloading labels, or

  • Updating the batch status directly from the Batch History page

This ensures your workflow stays clean and accurately reflects completed shipments.
