How to Configure Your Batch Workflow in AccelerList

Learn how to configure the Workflow settings in an AccelerList batch to match your preferred listing process and keep your workflow consistent.

The Workflow settings in an AccelerList batch control how certain parts of your listing process behave. Configuring your workflow based on the way you list inventory can help make the batch process faster and more consistent.

What Is the Workflow Tab?

The Workflow tab contains settings related to how you want to process items while working within a batch.

While Presets help define your saved batch configuration, Workflow settings determine how you move through parts of the listing process.

How to Configure Your Workflow

  1. Log in to AccelerList.

  2. Create a new batch or open the batch you want to work with.

  3. Open the Workflow tab.

  4. Review the available workflow options.

  5. Select the settings that best match your listing process.

  6. Save or apply your changes if prompted.

  7. Return to your batch and begin listing your inventory.

Choosing the Right Workflow

Your preferred workflow may depend on factors such as your fulfillment method, inventory type, and how you normally process items.

Before listing a large number of items, consider testing your workflow with a few items to make sure the batch behaves as expected.

Can I Change My Workflow?

If you need to adjust your process, return to the Workflow tab and review the available settings.

When changing settings in an existing batch, carefully review how the change may affect the remaining items you plan to list.

Workflow Not Behaving as Expected?

If something isn't working as expected:

  • Confirm the correct workflow options are selected.

  • Check whether the behavior is controlled by the Preset or Workflow tab.

  • Review any changes you recently made to the batch.

  • Try the same configuration in a test batch if necessary.

If the issue continues, contact AccelerList Support with the batch name and a description or screenshot of the workflow settings you're using.
