Understanding Amazon Account Health Rating (AHR)

Learn what the Account Health Rating is, what affects your rating, and how it helps you monitor your compliance with Amazon’s selling policies.

What Is the Account Health Rating?

The Account Health Rating (AHR) is a metric Amazon uses to help sellers understand the health of their selling account and their compliance with Amazon's selling policies. You can view it from the Account Health dashboard in Seller Central.

The AHR uses a color-coded score ranging from 0 to 1,000. Amazon currently describes the ranges as:

  • Green (200–1,000): Meeting performance requirements

  • Yellow (100–199): At risk of restrictions

  • Red (99 or lower): Eligible for deactivation

What Affects Your AHR?

Your rating can be affected by unresolved policy violations and the severity of those violations. Amazon categorizes violations by severity, so a serious violation can have a greater impact than a lower-level issue. Amazon also notes that some serious activities can result in immediate action regardless of the displayed AHR.

Simply deleting a listing associated with a violation does not necessarily resolve the violation. Sellers should address the issue through the Policy Compliance section of Account Health.

How to Check Your AHR

In Seller Central, go to:

Performance → Account Health

Review your AHR regularly and pay attention to any new policy violations or warnings.

Best Practices

Address policy violations as soon as possible, keep your inventory and listings accurate, fulfill orders properly, and regularly review your Account Health dashboard.

A healthy AHR does not replace the need to follow all Amazon policies. Sellers remain responsible for complying with Amazon's terms, policies, and applicable laws.
