If an employee can successfully log in to AccelerList but cannot access certain features, the issue may be related to the settings or permissions associated with their Employee Account.
Check the Employee Account
Log in to the main AccelerList account and navigate to the Employee Accounts section.
Locate the employee experiencing the issue and review their account settings to make sure their account is active and properly configured.
Review Employee Permissions
Employee Accounts may have different levels of access depending on the permissions assigned to them.
Review the employee's available permissions and make sure they have access to the features required for their responsibilities. If you make any changes, save the settings and have the employee log in again.
Employee Accounts May Have Limited Access
An Employee Account may not have access to all of the same features and settings available to the main account owner.
If a particular option is missing from an employee's account, check whether that feature is available for Employee Accounts before assuming there is an issue with the account.
Try Logging Out and Back In
If permissions or account settings were recently changed, have the employee:
Log out of AccelerList.
Close or refresh the browser.
Log back in using their Employee Account credentials.
Check whether the feature is now available.
Still Can't Access the Feature?
If the Employee Account appears to be configured correctly but the employee still cannot access a feature they should be able to use, contact AccelerList Support.
When contacting Support, please provide:
The email address associated with the Employee Account
The feature the employee is trying to access
A description of what happens when they try to access it
Any error message displayed
A screenshot or screen recording, if possible
This information will help us investigate whether the issue is related to the Employee Account configuration or another AccelerList issue.
