If you or one of your employees is experiencing problems with an Employee Account in AccelerList, this guide covers some common issues and troubleshooting steps you can try.
Employee Cannot Log In
If an employee is unable to log in:
Confirm they are using the email address associated with their Employee Account.
Make sure the password is being entered correctly.
Check that Caps Lock is not accidentally turned on.
Confirm that the Employee Account is still active.
If necessary, use the available password reset option.
If a password reset email does not arrive, check the Spam or Junk folder and confirm that the correct email address is being used.
Employee Cannot Access a Feature
If an employee can log in but cannot access a particular AccelerList feature, review the Employee Account's available settings and permissions.
The employee may not have access to all of the same features available through the main AccelerList account.
Employee Account Information Is Incorrect
If an employee's information needs to be changed, log in to the main AccelerList account and locate the Employee Account settings.
Select the employee and update the available information as needed. Remember to save your changes.
Password Reset Isn't
Working
If an employee is having trouble resetting their password:
Confirm the correct email address is being used.
Check Spam or Junk folders.
Wait a few minutes for the reset email to arrive.
Avoid submitting multiple reset requests immediately.
If the problem continues, contact AccelerList Support.
Employee No Longer Needs Access
If an employee leaves your business or no longer needs AccelerList, remove or deactivate their Employee Account.
Keeping your Employee Account list up to date helps prevent unnecessary access to your AccelerList workspace.
