Employee Accounts FAQ

Learn why an employee may not have access to certain AccelerList features and how to check their account settings and permissions.

Here are answers to some common questions about using Employee Accounts in AccelerList.

What Is an Employee Account?

An Employee Account allows a member of your team to access AccelerList using their own login credentials instead of sharing the main account owner's login information.

Why Should I Create Employee Accounts?

Employee Accounts can help you manage team access while keeping the main account owner's login credentials private.

They are especially useful for businesses where multiple people help manage inventory and listing workflows.

Can I Create More Than One Employee Account?

If your AccelerList account supports multiple Employee Accounts, you can create separate accounts for the employees who need access.

Check your Employee Account settings for the options currently available on your plan.

How Does an Employee Log In?

Employees log in to AccelerList using the email address and password associated with their Employee Account.

They should not use the main account owner's credentials.

Can Employees Use the Same Login?

Employees should use their own individual accounts rather than sharing login credentials.

Separate accounts make it easier to manage access when employees join, leave, or change responsibilities.

Can an Employee Change Their Password?

Employees can use the available password change or reset options when necessary.

If they forget their password, they can use the password reset option from the AccelerList login page.

Why Can't My Employee Log In?

First, confirm that the employee is using the correct email address and password and that their Employee Account is still active.

If necessary, reset the password and try again. If the issue continues, contact AccelerList Support.

Can an Employee Access Everything in AccelerList?

Employee access may depend on the options and permissions available for their Employee Account. Review the employee's account settings if they cannot access a particular feature.

Can I Edit an Employee Account?

Yes, available Employee Account information and settings can be managed from the main AccelerList account.

What Should I Do When an Employee Leaves?

Remove or deactivate the Employee Account when an employee no longer needs access to AccelerList.

This helps protect your account and prevents unnecessary access.

Should Employees Have Access to the Main Account Password?

No. Employees should use their own Employee Account credentials instead of sharing the main account owner's login information.

What If I'm Still Having Problems With an Employee Account?

Contact AccelerList Support and provide the Employee Account email address, a description of the problem, and any relevant error messages or screenshots. This will help us investigate the issue.
