How to Apply a Preset When Creating a Batch

Learn how to select and apply a saved Preset when creating an AccelerList batch and verify your settings before you begin listing.

Once you've created a Preset in AccelerList, you can use it when setting up a batch to quickly apply your preferred listing settings.

Why Apply a Preset?

Using a preset eliminates the need to manually configure the same settings each time you create a batch. It also helps keep your listing process consistent from one batch to another.

How to Apply a Preset

  1. Log in to AccelerList.

  2. Start creating a new batch.

  3. During the batch setup process, locate the Preset option.

  4. Select the preset you want to use.

  5. Review the settings associated with the selected preset.

  6. Complete the remaining batch setup options.

  7. Create your batch.

Your selected preset settings will then be used for the batch.

Review Your Settings Before Listing

After creating the batch, open the Preset tab and verify that the settings match what you intended to use.

It's a good idea to do this before you begin scanning or adding inventory, particularly if you have several saved presets.

What If the Settings Don't Match?

If the batch doesn't contain the settings you expected, confirm that you selected the correct preset and review the preset's saved configuration.

You should also check the Workflow tab if the unexpected behavior relates to how items are processed during listing.
