Amazon Seller Account Restrictions That Can Affect AccelerList

Learn how Amazon account restrictions, billing problems, and other Seller Central issues can affect listing, catalog, and shipment functions in AccelerList.

Why Does My Amazon Account Status Matter?

AccelerList communicates with your Amazon seller account to perform supported listing, inventory, and shipment functions.

Even when AccelerList shows that your Amazon account is connected, an issue within Seller Central can interfere with certain operations.

Examples of Amazon-Side Issues

These can include:

  • A declined or invalid charge method

  • Seller account restrictions

  • Required account verification

  • Marketplace-specific account issues

  • Inactive listings or offers

  • Authorization problems

What Should I Do?

Sign in to Seller Central and look for alerts, warnings, or required actions.

If Amazon displays an account-level problem, resolve it directly with Amazon first.

Once the warning or restriction has been cleared, return to AccelerList and try the affected action again.

Still Not Working?

If Seller Central no longer shows a problem but AccelerList still isn't working as expected, contact AccelerList Support so we can investigate further.
