I Haven't Received Coins For Daily Check-In

Sometimes this can happen due to a temporary delay or if the reward wasn’t fully claimed. Please try the following:
• Open the check-in section again and make sure the reward was successfully collected
• Restart the app and check your balance once more

Also make sure you are logging into the app every day, as coins are credited upon daily login. If you miss a day, the coins for that day will not be credited to your account and cannot be recovered. This applies to both daily rewards and subscription coins. Consistency is important to maintain your streak and receive all available rewards.

If the coins are still missing, could you please describe this situation and send us a screenshot of your check-in screen at our email address support@my-drama.com. Please keep checking your email, as our support team may request additional information from you to help us better serve you. We will process your request as quickly as we can, but you will never be left without an answer!
