If you purchased coins but they were not added to your balance, try the following steps:
Restart the app after your purchase.
Ensure you are logged into the same account used for the purchase.
Check your auto-unlock settings and clear the app cache by going to Profile → Settings → Clear cache, then reopen the app.
Make sure you have not logged into a different account, as the coin balance is account-specific.
If your coins still do not appear after these steps, it may be due to a technical issue. In such cases, coins can be manually credited to your account as a resolution. In such case, please contact us at our email address support@my-drama.com. Additionally, please send us a screenshot of your payment, including the date and time, to help us verify the transaction.
