Why Doesn’t My Subscription Unlock All Content?

The reason your subscription doesn’t unlock all content is because not all subscription types include full access. Some plans provide specific benefits or limited access, while only the Full Access subscription allows you to watch all series without restrictions.

Since the system has been updated, the differences between plans may not always be obvious at first, and we’re really sorry for that confusion 🤍

If you have a Full Access subscription on the website but content is still locked, this is usually due to one of the following reasons:
• You might be logged into a different account than the one where the subscription was purchased
• There could be a temporary issue with your internet connection
• The page may need a refresh or hard reload to properly sync your access
• Browser-related issues (cache/cookies) — trying a different browser can also help

We recommend logging out and logging back in, refreshing the page, and checking if you’re using the correct account 😊
