Adding a Payment Method
To enable order fulfillment, follow these steps to add a payment method:
Navigate to Settings: Log into your MEM account and go to Settings in the dashboard.
Go to Billing: Within Settings, select Billing.
Select Payment Integration: Click Payment Integration.
Enter Card Details: Input your card details to securely save your payment method.
⚠️ Important: Orders cannot move forward until a valid payment method is stored.
Automatic Billing Explained
Streamline your operations and ensure smooth order processing by enabling automatic billing:
Activate Automatic Billing: In Order Processing settings, toggle on Auto Billing.
Enable Auto Billing: Once enabled, your stored card will be charged as soon as orders are submitted to MEM.
Orders are automatically charged at the time they’re submitted.
Charges include the product cost, plus expedited shipping or package protection only if those upsells were selected in the order.

When Orders Are Charged
Immediately when the order is submitted to MEM.
If the card is declined, the order remains in Pending until payment is resolved.
Accepted Payment Methods
All major debit and credit cards are supported.
Ensure your card has sufficient funds to avoid processing delays.
Optional: Add a backup card in case your primary method fails.
